Reservations for Istanbul apartments are fast and easy. Our efficient office staff will handle your reservations courteously and without delay. Please follow terms and conditions to make sure that your reservations are caused no unnecessary delay, and no unneeded charges incur.
Your reservation comes with the full understanding that you, the client, have read and fully understand our terms and conditions, and the policies regarding our apartment rentals. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before contacting our booking department to avoid misunderstandings. Special considerations can be made in the event they are needed, on a case to case, individual basis. Check in time for all apartment rentals is 1:00 P.M. (13:00). Check out time is 12:00 noon (12:00). When making your reservations, if you intend to leave earlier than 13:00 and/or leave later than 12:00, please make this clear when contacting our booking department. Early check-in and check-out are possible if another client has not booked the same apartment on the day prior to your arrival or the day of your departure. Late check-out ends at 6:00 P.M. (18:00), and in the case of a late check-out, a one-half rental day fee will be applied to your bill. Any late check-outs after 6:00 P.M. will be billed the fee of a full day’s lease. In any case, it is best to speak with the manager about your intentions for check-in and check-out.
Istanbul luxury apartments may not be leased for any period of less than three days, unless special arrangements are made. Apartments are open and available to any clients for lease, until an apartment reservation is made with a prepayment equal to one day’s lease. Please keep this in mind when booking an apartment.
Our recommendation is to reserve an apartment no less than one to two weeks before your planned arrival. Read Reservation Conditions carefully. A booking with our office automatically assumes full compliance and understanding of our policies, and any booking cancelled within less than five days of planned arrival will result in the loss of your prepaid fee.
